Monthly Outdoor Event: ORCMA River Float #2 - "Tweakers On Tubes" Saturday, August 13th, 2022 Noon to 5:30pm
Dabney to Lewis & Clark - Sandy River
We will be floating down the Sandy River from Dabney to Lewis & Clark. This is a sober event and all ages are welcome!
For anyone new to this, it's pretty easy: We meet at a spot, carpool to the end point (Lewis & Clark) leaving one or two cars there with all our towels. Then pile into the remaining car(s) and head to the starting point with our tubes. We put-in at Dabney and float down to Lewis & Clark over the course of about 3 hours. The drivers with cars parked at Lewis & Clark then take the other drivers back to their cars at Dabney. This event is contingent upon good weather - if it's cooler than 70/75 degrees, it may be too cold.
This event is essentially free - there is a fee to park and you'll need to bring your own supplies but there's no other costs. If you are planning to attend please signup on the Google document ---> here.
